Here at “The Shoulder of Mutton” we aim to use the freshest seasonal food that we can source our menus change with the seasons and with our take on modern British dining you are assured an enjoyable experience. Whilst we have a great selection on our menus we can accommodate dietary request with advance notice.

We are proud of our local suppliers and work with them to bring you the freshest produce available. Meat and poultry come from Country Valley Foods in Hurworth the Beef comes from Robin Hirst farm in Hurwoth, All our Game when in season comes from the local shoots in and round Middleton Tyas and the local moors. Fish comes from Inshore Fisheries of Redar all other produce comes from local sources and suppliers were possible.
